Hotel reservations
Please make your hotel reservation via the online registration form in order to benefit from the special congress rates. All prices are per room per night and include breakfast as well as VAT.
To guarantee your hotel reservation, a deposit of one night’s room rate is to be paid in advance together with the registration fee. The deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and it will be deducted from your final hotel bill when checking out.
If you are two people sharing a double room, please, remember to indicate on the registration form the name of the person you are sharing a room with. Only one person will make the reservation and pay the deposit.
Cancellation and refund policy
The hotel deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made after June 1, 2018. Possible cancellations or changes to reservations are to be made in writing by e-mail Tavicon Congress Bureau at iipf2018(at)tavicon.fi. For cancellation and refund policy please see Registration.
If a cancellation or a change to the length of the hotel reservation is received by June 1, 2018, the hotel deposit will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of € 30. No refunds of the hotel reservation can be made for cancellations or changes received after June 1, 2018. Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation.
In a case of no-show, there will be no refund of the registration fee or the hotel deposit.
